I say strange, because after much testing and fiddling with the kernel, there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. As Ghost suggested, I reverted the Protected Application Execution and at least am able to get something started now opwncl before the applications would not start properly – makes sense, now that full privileges are enabled.
He seems pretty busy as it is, but there’s always hope.

Does that mean anything useful to any of the developers, or is it more likely that I’ve stuffed something up along the way? Will have to wait till more WUs are available, though. Is there some way of resolving this?
